Niveen Ibrahim
COO
Niveen brings over 30 years’ experience in marketing and media, branding, travel retail management, business development, international tourism promotion, commercial development of hotels and F&B concepts. Niveen is busy putting the company on the right track, leading our commercial and operational departments, carefully selecting locations for our restaurants in strategic new commercial development to ensure successful start of our operations. She's also making sure the concepts are nestled in the right interior design ambience and dealing with all the contractual aspects of the business.
When our COO is not adding up numbers, she can be found at the stables relaxing with her horses.
Danny Kattar
General Manager
Danny has over 20 years’ high-end experience within professional cooking, kitchen management, and F&B operations leadership. He has developed notable award-winning and successful concepts in the MENA region. Danny’s creativity has no limits, and he wears many hats.
Don't be surprised if you see him in a chef's coat one day, and arriving on his Harley Davidson the next!

Elias Ghazal
GM - Grand Beirut DSO
Elias is a highly efficient forward-thinking and customer-oriented food & beverage expert with 15 years of experience in the hospitality & catering industry. He has previously led in the launch of several outlets in the country prior to joining MBT. Armed with excellent organizational and leadership skills, he is always motivating his team to bring forth the best services.
Aga Bernatowics
GM - Raclette
Aga is a well-rounded F&B professional with almost 15 years of experience in five-star brands, operating across European and GCC countries, like Shangri – La, Rixos and Hyatt. She is a strategic leader skilled in the development and implementation of training programs of multinational teams, delivering high quality customer focused and service orientated experiences.
Frederic Damien
GM - Beirut Sur Mer
Frederic is a results driven leader with more than 20 years of experience in every facet of the hospitality industry. Having moved from Lebanon, to KSA and then UAE, he has achieved success through dedication and agility in concepts such as Casper & Gambini’s & Al mawaed . Frederic is a detail-focused operational driver and is a customer service leader, but his biggest enjoyment is experimenting with new food.
May Elbadry
Human Resources Manager
With a proven track record of proficient experience, May joined MBT Restaurant Management in 2019. Through her knowledge, she has been capable of designating and implementing coherent HR policies that precisely align with the overall business strategy.
She handles employee relations by addressing their demands and grievances and pursues human capital development, which is attained through assessing employees’ training needs to apply and monitor training programs, aiming to enhance their engagement and to foster a positive working environment.
Hadeel Idris
Public Relations Manager
Hadeel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business - Marketing & Communications from George Mason University in Virginia, USA. Prior to joining MBT, she was part of the team that launched the successful Discover America campaign at the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
She also worked on major governmental projects and events in the UAE. When she is not conceptualizing ideas and building proposals, she loves to experiment in the kitchen and in travel.
